Data use boundary
The project will save the brand name, keywords, target links, content to be optimized, competing brands and channel collection results. These data may include marketing plans or content drafts that have not yet been made public; the system is only used to generate monitoring reports and suggestions within this site, and account passwords, unauthorized personal information or original commercial secrets should not be uploaded. Current 10 role review additions: Mark content_text, target_urls, competitor_brands, query_text, source_urls, evidence_snapshot_url, sentiment_rationale, competitor_comparison, recommended_content_changes, recommended_source_signals, tracking_notes, confidence_note as potentially commercially sensitive fields. ; By default, only the query statements, source URLs, necessary excerpts, timestamps, indicators, and failure reasons required to complete monitoring and auditing are saved; avoid saving complete web pages, complete third-party responses, account identifiers, irrelevant personal information, or unauthorized business secrets. ; content_text should allow summaries or desensitized snippets; users should not be forced to paste the full text of undisclosed trade secrets during the basic monitoring phase. ; The source snapshot should support closing, desensitizing or minimizing storage; the snapshot retention period, access rights, deletion delay and exceptions must be clear, and if it is unknown, it will be marked as unknown. ; The deletion boundaries of project data, reports, approval records, audit logs, backups and exported files must be stated separately; exported files and externally manually executed content by users are not subject to on-site deletion control.
Data retention
Project data, reports, source snapshots and approval records are saved according to the account subscription period; users can delete projects. After deletion, the site will stop displaying relevant reports and workflow status, but files that have been exported by users or content that has been manually executed in external systems will not be affected by deletion on the site.
Human responsibility and rollback
This product provides AI search visibility monitoring, analysis and optimization suggestions. It does not guarantee that any AI search channel will be included, cited, ranked improved or will bring traffic growth. Channel results are affected by changes in public accessibility, sampling time, region, account status, and third-party systems.
Rollback only refers to canceling the report version, proposal approval status or workflow stage in this site and restoring to the previously saved project record; it does not mean and cannot roll back any unconnected customer website, CMS, search platform or third-party production system.
